Ok guys, honestly being a young black woman, I was so shocked when I saw this video on youtube. My first impression was, this is an older white woman doing a hip hop workout. What?!. Let me tell you guys, this lady was getting it in y'all. I did the workout and came out sweating bullets. It was just as effective as my zumba workout. I'm gonna have to keep this one in the archive.
